By far the BEST Wendy’s location I’ve ever been to. The employees go above and beyond. When asked to wait for a meal, they offer a complimentary drink. If they get the order wrong (which rarely happens) they offer something else complimentary. I drive 15 minutes across town just to come to this specific Wendy’s strictly because of the employees. This locations employees all deserve a raise!! I’m not sure who the manager is, but they’re doing such a great job!!!

The food is usually fresh when I go for lunch. The fries are usually hot. The reason I give 3 stars is because on NUMEROUS occasions I've gone to this location and ordered a NUMBER THIRTEEN...asiago ranch chicken club and on NUMEROUS occasions I've received a different sandwich. One time was the god awful avocado sandwich and today was the jalapeno bacon sandwich. Be warned, if you go here be very specific about what you want, have them read it back to you, and STILL check your sandwich before you leave.

I arrived at this Wendy's and saw a long drive thru line and decided to just go in and order. I was told it was going to be a few minutes for a chicken sandwich and I said that was fine. I was waiting about 7 minutes without distress as they had warned me this was going to happen. When the food was ready the manager refunded me for my order. I told her she didn't need to do that, and her response was "yes I did, you waited too long for your order" I was certainly not expecting that but I appreciate her for going above and beyond to satisfy a customer. This location is now my exclusive Wendy's in Little Rock!
